The symptoms of listeriosis include fever, muscle aches, and sometimes nausea or diarrhea. If infection spreads to the nervous system, symptoms such as headache, stiff neck, confusion, loss of balance, orconvulsions can occur. Please seek IMMEDIATE medical attention if any symptoms accur.
