D baby won't breath very well Calfonia Mmola What to do to avoid such thing to happen?

Jane Chatsalira Nkhoma
avoid sleeping is that position, the advisable positions is to sleep on ur left or right side. but the left side is the best position because it helps blood flow to the baby as well as nutrients

Calfonia Mmola

coz nimeshindwa kulala on left side. I only sleep on right or back Julia Mokoena since I got pregnant mostly I sleep wth my bck now m 17 weeks,m stressed now

It affects you and the baby,if you lie on your back after three months, the baby is heavy enough to press on your arteries thereby limiting normal blood flow to the other systems,if you lie on right side, the baby puts pressure on your kidney and liver thereby causing pain and some damages,so the best position after month 3 is to lay on your left side which allows free flow of blood circulation, and free flow of breathing,,put a pillow under your belly for support, one at your back side and one inbetween your laps for better comfort

Monic Nashibe
u r right when i went for scan my kidney had a problem juu ya kufinywa

Julia Mokoena
I sleep on my left hand side but wake up facing up everyday. Ťâ Śhèkä Shekii Boo i believe nothing will happen to your bby all you do is take turns on both sides you cant sleep in one position all the time
